Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Rose boutique tags attached to ensure the return meets our quality standards.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
